Pothole Patrol: Welland Avenue, a government waste project

ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Somebody at DeKalb Public Works put Welland Avenue on a repair list.

Welland is a street far beyond any temporary repair, but for reasons unknown, DeKalb tried to patch it anyway.
