It it 18 days and counting until Atlanta plays host to the Final Four. Monday is National Bracket Day for fans who follow college basketball. Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed revealed his bracket picks.
"We believe that big events are what we do best," Reed said.
Reed is ready for Atlanta to host the Final Four.
"This is good all the way around, young people playing for the love of the game. The city's getting excited," Reed said.
The weeks leading up to the Big Dance will be full of basketball and brackets. Reed revealed his. He has Duke, New Mexico, Michigan and Miami in the Final Four.
"Miami's going to win because of the number of veteran players that they have and how long those guys have been playing together," Reed said.
Reed enlisted a little help from his brother and a colleague before making his picks. His advice for others?
"My advice is to talk to somebody that knows basketball and then watch the games," Reed said.
