CLAYTON COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Police in Clayton County are investigating a crash after a man was killed on Sunday morning.
Police said Olvin Gallo-Flores, 25, of Mableton, was inside his 2004 Nissan 350 ZX on the I-285 westbound ramp from I-75 north in Clayton County when his car stalled.
While Gallo-Flores was stuck in lane four in the stalled car, he was struck from behind by a Chevrolet Express cargo van shortly before 5 a.m., Clayton County police said. Gallo-Flores died in the wreck.
Charges are pending against the driver and a passenger of the van, whose names were not released.
Investigators believe both people in the van were under the influence of alcohol.
