ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
A man living inside a northwest Atlanta home suffered burn injuries early Monday morning as a result of a house fire that ripped through the structure.
Fire crews were called to the home on Fox Street just after midnight Monday. A man rescued from the home had first-degree burns on his hands and face, firefighters said.
It is unclear whether man was a resident of the home or a vagrant.
The victim was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
