HALL COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
A judge did not set bond for Jeffrey Hubbard on Saturday. A Hall County grand jury indicted Hubbard in connection with the fatal Jet Ski accident that killed Usher's stepson in 2012.
He is charged with homicide by vessel, serious injury by vessel, reckless operation of a vessel and unlawful operation of a personal watercraft and boat traffic violation.
On July 6, Kile Glover and a 15-year-old girl were on an inner tube being pulled by a pontoon boat when a Jet Ski ran over them. They said the driver of the Jet Ski was 38-year-old Jeffrey Hubbard, a family friend.
Hubbard was arrested Friday by State Conservation Rangers.
He remains in the Hall County Detention Center without bond. A bond hearing has not yet been entered, according to Hall County authorities.
