ALPHARETTA, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
A construction accident in Alpharetta killed a man Wednesday afternoon.
It happened on McGinnis Ferry Road at Windward Concourse.
Police Manuel Aguirre, 40, was laying pipe when a backhoe backed over him.
Aguirre was a subcontractor for Fulton County.
The intersection was shut down while police investigated.
