Man falls from pickup truck, hit by car on I-75

ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

A man was taken to the hospital on Wednesday after he fell from a moving pickup truck.

The incident happened around 7 a.m. on I-75 N at Cleveland Avenue.

The man was hit by another car.

He was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital. Check CBSAtlanta.com for updates.
