Tree falls on truck on I-20 in Rockdale County, kills driver

ROCKDALE COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

The Rockdale County Sheriff's office has identified a driver involved in a fatal accident on I-20 west near Sigman Road.

A tree fell on a pickup truck around 6:30 a.m. and killed Roy Arndt, 60, of Oxford.

The accident shut down the interstate for more than two hours during Tuesday morning's commute.

The initial accident caused other, smaller accidents. Six cars altogether were involved.
