ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Lindbergh Road off Cheshire Bridge Road in Atlanta is notoriously rotten.
It has been for years.
For reasons unknown, the city of Atlanta refuses to repair it.
This time, public works crews filled in some of the potholes, but instead of leveling the asphalt, they left behind large bumps.
