PAULDING COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
A Paulding County woman claimed a $500,000 prize after winning the Georgia Lottery instant game.
Joyce Harvey Cunningham, 61, said that she bought the ticket after receiving a $6 tip.
"It seems like a dream," she said.
Cunningham scratched the ticket inside Austell Food Store on Powder Springs Road in Austell.
The lucky grandmother of four who has two adult daughters plans to purchase a new home for herself.
"I'll help my daughter buy one, too," she said.
