ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Georgia legislators will discuss two gun bills on Monday and both aim at removing carry restrictions.
The State House Public Safety Committee will look at the proposals introduced by Rep. Charles Gregory.
The first repeals the government's restriction on carrying firearms in places of worship.
The second lifts the ban on carrying guns on Georgia's university and college campuses.
The hearings will take place at the Coverdell Legislative Office Building next to the State Capitol.
