ATLANTA, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Atlanta police say a man connected to a fatal shooting earlier this month, has turned himself in.
On Feb. 4, 2013, at about 3:34 p.m. police responded to 505 James P. Brawley Dr. NW on a person shot call.
When officers arrived, an unresponsive male was found lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to the head.
The victim was taken to Grady Hospital where he died from his injuries.
On Feb. 15, 2013, Darnell Hudson, 24, turned himself in on a warrant for this murder. He was charged and taken to the Fulton County Jail. Charges include murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
The victim has been identified as 18-year-old Wilton Smith-Muirhead.
