Lawsuit filed against Carnival Cruise line

MIAMI (AP) -

The first lawsuit was filed yesterday over the disastrous voyage of the crippled Carnival Triumph cruise ship. Texas resident Cassie Terry sued Carnival Corp. in Miami federal court. The suit says Terry feared dying or suffering serious injury or illness because of the presence of raw sewage and spoiled food.
