Florida Sen. Marco Rubio was giving a rebuttal to President Obama's State of the Union address on Tuesday.
The video of the rebuttal began trending online when people began to poke fun at his reach for a drink of water.
Some people said it was ‘awkward' and 'distracting.'
In response, Rubio sent out a Tweet picture to show his sense of humor about the situation.
