DEKALB COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
On Monday, Feb. 11, DeKalb County road crews returned to Mountain Industrial Boulevard in Tucker for the fifth time in the past year to make repairs on it.
This was the county's second attempt to make repairs in the past week.
But none of the repairs have lasted, so to prove a point, Pothole Harry decided to fill some of the holes himself.
