A lawyer wants to delay the Feb. 19 trial of two men charged with sex trafficking related to a video that authorities say shows them having sex with a child.
Marco Laquin Rogers and Jeremy Atral Hodges are charged in U.S. District Court in Jackson on one count each of child sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and one count each of selling or buying of children.
They have pleaded not guilty.
Hodges' lawyer said in a court filing Wednesday that he needs more time to prepare.
Authorities say the video shows the men in a Jackson hotel having sex with a girl who was 3 or 4 years old.
Court records say both men are from Mississippi, but Rogers was living in Atlanta and Hodges in Cambridge, Mass.
