Forsyth County deputies bust marijuana grow house, arrest 2

FORSYTH COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Deputies in Forsyth County arrested two people after discovering a marijuana grow house.

Robert Wesley Williams, 52, and Melanie Dawn Phillips, 58, were arrested after deputies discovered over 30 marijuana plants at a home on Canon Bay off of Buford Dam Road.

Deputies said the plants were between 5'0" and 7'0" feet high.

Williams was charged with manufacturing marijuana.

Phillips was charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
