ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Two men are facing multiple charges for their roles in trafficking and exploiting teens for sex.
Detectives arrested Kamau Benjamin, 28, and Anthony Means, 22, for trafficking, rape, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and false imprisonment.
DeKalb County detectives discovered the men were trafficking a 16-year-old and an 18-year-old female.
They also believe the two victims were physically abused, raped and deprived of food and were regularly given narcotics.
Police said the victims were initially targeted because they were runaways. The girls were groomed and forced into sex trafficking.
Both teens are receiving specialized treatment for their prolonged exploitation.
The investigation into this case continues as detectives focus on identifying the men who paid to have sex with the teens.
