Pike Nurseries hosts Super Sow Sunday

ATLANTA, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Pike Nurseries took part of a national movement by hosting a seed starting event called Super Sow Sunday.

They say Super Bowl Sunday is the perfect time to start planting seeds indoors so they will be ready for spring.

The event gave guest the chance to stock up on flower, vegetable and her seeds to sow at home.

Pike Nurseries associates were on-hand to answer gardening questions and offer sowing advice.
