Paulding County Schools to get $100,000

DALLAS, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Students in Paulding County will now have an extra $100,000 thanks to Christmas lights.

Joe and Jenny Felix, school teachers who also live in Paulding, entered and won a Christmas lights contest with a top prize of $100,000 for their school district.

The couple also won $500 towards their electricity bill.

The money will be presented before a basketball game on Feb. 1 at 7 p.m. at East Paulding High School.
