Train vs. car injuries 2 in Lovejoy

LOVEJOY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Two people were hospitalized after their car was hit by a train in Lovejoy Saturday around 6 p.m.

Investigators with Norfolk Southern are on the scene looking for the train that struck the car off Lovejoy Road.

Sgt. Michael Gaddis with the Lovejoy Police Department told CBS Atlanta that two people in the car were taken to the hospital. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
