Bibb County deputies arrest 4, seize marijuana valued at $60K

BIBB COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Bibb County investigators arrested four suspects for marijuana trafficking in two different rooms of the Super 8 Motel on Chambers Road.

The arrests took place on Thursday around 1:30 a.m.

Investigators seized approximately 20 pounds of marijuana, with a street value of $60,000.

The Macon Police Department's K-9 Units, Strike Team Members and Drug Investigators assisted Bibb Sheriff's Investigators in the arrests.

Elijah Powell III, 39, Touche Jerod Parker, 33, Octavioua Evette, 37, and 20-year-old Jasper Denzell Davis were charged with marijuana trafficking.
