Man arrested in fatal 2012 CVS Pharmacy shooting in Gwinnett County

GWINNETT COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Police arrested a man wanted in a fatal shooting that happened at the CVS Pharmacy of Grayson Highway in 2012.

Officers found Alex Delgado Ramos, 27, suffering from a gunshot wound on March 4, 2012. He was taken to a hospital and later died as a result of his injuries.

Lawrenceville officers filed warrants against Jamad Wallace for murder and aggravated assault against Wallace.

Wallace was on the run until he was arrested on Jan. 23, 2013.

Police said Wallace was already wanted for a shooting that occurred on Dec. 9, 2011.

He was arrested in DeKalb County and he remains in custody without bond.
