Cobb County deputy accused of sexually assaulting inmate

COBB COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

A Cobb County deputy is in jail, accused of sexually assaulting a female inmate.

Alvin Sutherland, 51, was arrested Friday.

He faces four felony charges, including aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, and sexual assault by a member of law enforcement.
