MARIETTA, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Marietta police are investigating a serious injury accident that happened on Franklin Road near Twin Brooks Drive on Monday.
Police said a 1994 Nissan Sentra, driven by Moses Katta, 50, of Marietta, was traveling southbound on Franklin Road.
The Nissan left the roadway and ran onto the sidewalk, hitting a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, Jasmine Harper, 18, of Marietta, and Katta were taken to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital, where both are listed in critical condition.
