PEACHTREE CITY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Peachtree City Police are investigating the theft of two American flags that were stolen on Jan. 10.
Investigators said one of the flags was stolen from the Veterans Memorial at city hall.
The other flag was taken from a Hampton Inn in the area. Police later located the American flag belonging to Hampton Inn near a pedestrian bridge in the city.
Police are searching for leads in the case and said those responsible will face felony charges.
