Witnesses wanted, fatal accident on I-75 before I-675 merger

HENRY COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA GA) -

Henry County authorities are seeking witnesses after a car ran off of the roadway on southbound I-75 just before the I-675 merger.

Investigators believe driver Brian Dale Fulton, 50, may have had a medical issue that caused him to crash into a guardrail.

Fulton's mustang was found off the roadway.
