Man arrested in 19-year-old's shooting death

ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Atlanta police arrested a man wanted for the murder of a 19-year-old.

Detectives believe Ronnie Clay Jr. had an argument with Jared Billings on New Year's Day outside a home in the 1300 block of Epworth Street in southwest Atlanta.

At some point Clay pulled out a gun and shot Billings, according to reports.

Billings was taken to the hospital, but died shortly after.

On Jan. 9, Clay was arrested and charged with murder.
