Fisher-Price receives 600 reports of mold involving Newborn Rock ’n Play

Product Recall: Newborn Rock 'n Play Sleepers

ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Fisher-Price has voluntarily recalled their Newborn Rock 'n Play Sleepers for inspection.

The company warns that mold can develop between the removable seat cushion and the hard plastic frame of the sleeper when it remains moist or is infrequently cleaned.

The Newborn Rock 'n Play Sleeper is designed for babies up to 25 pounds.

It has a metal rocking frame and removable, washable fabric cover.

You can also contact Fisher-Price at 1-800-432-5437 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Eastern Time.

Fisher-Price has received 600 reports of mold on the product.
