ROCKDALE COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Rockdale County Sheriff's officials now say they do not believe that foul play was involved after discovering a body in a wooded area on Sunday night.
Just after 6 p.m., deputies were called to a fire in the woods off Highway 212 near Susong Road.
Deputies found a man's body burning in a small brush fire.
Initially, it was believed that the man's death was suspicious, but on Tuesday, after an autopsy was completed, a spokesman for the department said the death appeared to be either accidental or intentional.
The sheriff's office is still investigating the death, and it could take weeks before the man will be identified.
