COBB COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Marietta police are have arrested a man accused of shooting and killing another man Sunday.
Police found the body of Arthur Moses Jr, 24 of Marietta, on Griggs Street after responding to a shooting around 2:30 p.m.
Officers said Moses died from multiple gunshot wounds.
Police said Patrick Burr arrived at the house and saw both Moses and Burr's ex-girlfriend sitting in a car in the driveway of the house.
Burr pulled out a pistol and began firing into the car.
Both Moses and the woman ran from the car, but Burr was able to fatally shoot Moses before he could escape.
Burr was still on scene when officers arrived and was taken into custody.
He was taken to the Cobb County Jail where he is being held without bond.
