Police investigate homicide at Smyrna home

Mark Melvin/CBS Atlanta- Smyrna police are on the scene of an overnight homicide.

SMYRNA, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Smyrna police are investigating the shooting death late Sunday of a victim at a home on Kennesaw Way.

Around 10:18 p.m., police received a report of a man being shot.

When officers arrived, they found resident Kenneth Anderson, 48, dead from an apparent gunshot wound.

Police said the shooting appears to be drug-related.
