ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Atlanta police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a shooting during an attempted home invasion.
The shooting happened around 4:30 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of Hill Street Southeast.
Detectives determined that approximately two to four people entered the home. A confrontation with the residents began. Shots were fired. A bullet struck a male suspect.
He was taken by ambulance to Atlanta Medical Center. He is listed in critical condition with wounds to the arm and head.
No word if anyone was arrested.
