If Georgia's public colleges and universities want to receive taxpayer dollars, they're going to have to earn it.
A new funding formula has been approved that will force colleges to improve student success rates before state funding is granted.
As a result, schools are eligible for funding based on their graduation rates, not enrollment and credits.
