ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
A child has been hit by a car in southwest Atlanta.
Police said the 11-year-old girl was hit at the intersection of Campbellton Road and Niskey Lake Road Southwest.
The girl was taken to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston. She was alert, conscious and breathing, but bleeding from the mouth.
Police said there is no indication the accident was a hit-and-run.
