FULTON COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
A winning Georgia Lottery ticket worth $400,000 was sold at Pharr Food & Gas in Atlanta.
Janice Harris prize recently claimed her prize at Georgia Lottery headquarters.
Harris, 68, recently retired from the U.S. Postal Service.
With the instant game, 20X The Money winnings, she plans to pay off bills.
"More than likely I'll work with a charity that helps children," said Harris.
