FedEx prepares for busiest day in history

ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

FedEx workers are prepared for Monday to be busiest day in history. FedEx is projected to move 19 million packages, more than double its typical daily volume and a 13 percent increase over last year.

A company spokesperson said they'll use more than 600 planes, tens of thousands of trucks, and hundreds of thousands of couriers.

If you want your package to arrive Christmas, the deadline for FedEx Ground is Monday, Dec. 17. The deadline for FedEx Express is Saturday, Dec. 22.
