ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
A woman in Atlanta was shot multiple times in an apparent drive-by shooting.
It happened Friday night around 10:55 p.m. on Redford Drive. The woman says she was sitting on the back porch of her home with a friend, drinking a beer. She says she saw a green minivan that drove by several times.
The van finally stopped near her driveway and fired. The woman tried to run away but was struck in the left shoulder and right thigh. She is in a local hospital listed in stable condition.
Witnesses say they heard five or six shots come from a green van. The van then sped away. Police have not made any arrests.
