Lebron James selected as Sportsman of the Year

ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

LeBron James was chosen as Sports Illustrated's Sportsman of the Year.

According to NBA.com the Miami Heat star was surprised.

The magazine announced its annual choice Monday.

Past winners were Muhammad Ali, Jack Nicklaus, Tom Brady, and Michael Phelps.
