ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Nine days after the City of Atlanta started shutting down Howell Mill Road at 14th, the work there is nearly complete.
The road first closed on Tuesday before Thanksgiving when a sinkhole opened up adjacent to a bridge.
The city can not confirm if dynamite blasting in the lot next to the road is to blame.
Contractors are building a new apartment complex and retail center.
Will the road be open by Friday? Find out on Thursday's Pothole Patrol.
