CBS Atlanta gets action for DeKalb County neighborhood concerned about crime

DEKALB COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

CBS Atlanta News gets action for a DeKalb County neighborhood concerned about crime.

People who live in the Palisades Point subdivision near Bouldercrest and Panthersville Road said criminals are using the new Linecrest Road to cut through their property and break into their cars and homes.

After CBS Atlanta News asked the Georgia Department of Transportation Tough Questions about a request to build a fence along the road, state officials agreed to do it.

CBS Atlanta News reporter Bernard Watson is talking to GDOT and homeowners.
