JACKSONVILLE, FL (CBS ATLANTA) -
A Marietta mother is preparing to bury her son who lived in Jacksonville, FL.
Jordan Davis, 17, lived in Florida with his father. On Friday night, he was gunned down at a gas station after an argument about loud music.
Michael Dunn, 45, claims he shot at Davis' SUV after a teenager in the backseat pointed a gun at him. Davis was killed.
Davis' mother says she doesn't understand how the man could have been threatened because police found no guns or weapons in the vehicle.
Dunn turned himself in to authorities and faces charges of murder and attempted murder.
