49-year-old charged in domestic shooting

DEKALB COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Police arrested a man responsible for a fatal shooting that happened on Spring Drive.

William Burke, 49, was charged with murder.

Officers did not release the name of the 34-year-old victim.

Detectives believe the shooting was a result of a confrontation between the victim and Burke.
