FULTON COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
It's been a confusing Monday morning for Pothole Patrol.
Pothole Harry was all set to report on the road closure on Howell Mill at 14th Street.
Since last week, the bridge over the railroad tracks has been closed, reopened, closed and reopened again.
The road is sinking at the bridge joint, but engineers are trying to determine the cause.
On Monday morning the bridge was set to close again for repairs, but there seems to be another delay and one lane is closed.
