DeKalb Co. bank robbed

LITHONIA, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Dekalb County police were on the scene of a bank robbery in Lithonia on Saturday night.

The Best Bank in Kroger on Covington Highway was robbed in the afternoon.

Police said a man approached the bank counter with a weapon and demanded money. The bank teller gave him an undisclosed amount of cash and he fled, according to police.
