One dead after accident involving tractor trailer in Forsyth County

FORSYTH COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal accident on GA Hwy 369 at Hubert Martin Road in Cumming.

Deputies said it is believed the deceased victim's vehicle crossed in front of a tractor-trailer truck, but the accident remains under investigation.

GA Hwy. 369 is closed until the accident scene is cleared.
