KENNESAW, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Children's Advocacy Centers of Georgia will host Elizabeth Smart at the annual World Day for the Prevention of Child Abuse Conference.
The conference will take place on Nov. 19, 2012 at Kennesaw State University.
Smart survived nine months of abuse after being abducted at 14-years-old from her Utah home on the night of June 5, 2002.
Her kidnappers Brian Mitchell and Wanda Barzee were eventually indicted for the crimes.
The 25-year-old recently married and graduated from Brigham Young University.
Smart travels the world talking of her harrowing tale of torture and survival.
