Imagine trying to go to sleep night after night to the thunderous sounds of clanking and clunking every minute.
For the last month, this has been the reality for homeowners on Tilly Mill where DeKalb County repaired a water main break.
After fixing the leak, the county covered the hole with three enormous metal utility plates. The plates continue to shift.
It's a nightmare. One which makes a goodnight's sleep impossible.
