NEWTON COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Six people were injured in an accident involving a Newton County school bus carrying high school students Monday morning.
A parent had just dropped off a student Oak Hill Elementary when they pulled out in front of a bus at Richard's Chapel Road and Highway 212.
The bus crashed into a third vehicle. A pick-up truck then rear-ended the third car.
The parent that pulled in front of the bus was ejected from the car and was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
Three Alcovy High School students on the bus and a parent and an Oak Hill student in the third vehicle were also taken to the hospital.
