DOUGLASVILLE, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Police are trying to identify a man who robbed a Bank of the Ozarks on Chapel Hill Road in Douglasville.
Around 2 p.m. on Tuesday, the suspect walked in wearing a full head mask and light blue gloves.
The man threatened the teller with a gun, but never showed the weapon.
The man fled from the bank and went straight to the fence behind the shopping center, according to reports.
A witness reported seeing a suspicious car on Starboard Court behind the business during the time frame of the robbery.
The driver left moments before hearing sirens in the area, according to the witness.
It is believed that the car may have been used as the getaway vehicle, according to police.
